How it works

Ordering from the studio.

Every order is handled by hand in the studio. Here is how buying works — what you need, what you don’t, and how we sort things out if something needs to change.

Buying as a guest

You do not need an account to buy anything. Add work to your cart, go to checkout, and enter your shipping and payment details on Stripe’s secure page. That’s it. A receipt reaches your email as soon as payment clears, and the studio is notified to pack your order.

Creating an account (optional)

An account keeps everything in one place. With one you can:

  • Track every order and see its shipping status
  • Save pieces to a wishlist
  • Request a change or a return in a few clicks
  • Manage your saved cards through Stripe’s secure portal
  • Keep an apparel fit profile so sizing is one less thing to think about

If you check out as a guest and later create an account with the same email address, your past orders show up automatically.

Changes & returns

Need to change an order — a different address, a size swap? If it hasn’t shipped yet, sign in and choose “Modify Order,” or reply to your receipt. Once an order has shipped you can start a return from your account within 14 days of delivery; the buyer covers return shipping. Original art is handled case by case — get in touch before sending anything back. We review every request by hand and reply by email, usually within a business day.

Payment & security

Payment is processed entirely by Stripe on their hosted checkout page. Your card number and billing details are entered on Stripe, not here — this site never sees or stores them. Our records hold only what we need to fulfil the order: your name, email, shipping address, and what you bought.

Wholesale orders

Approved wholesale partners receive an access code for the trade catalog at /wholesale. The code unlocks wholesale pricing and live stock for a browsing session — no account or login required. Checkout works exactly as above, hosted by Stripe. Not a partner yet? Apply at /wholesale/apply.
